چکیده
Primary cutaneous amyloidoses (PCA) are a group of conditions characterized by deposition amyloid in previously normal skin, without association with other skin or systemic diseases. We describe Kazakhstani female 30-year history increasingly spreading hyperpigmented macular as well papular lesions on her upper trunk accompanied pruritus. Moreover, medical included intensely rubbing cotton towel following bathing and showering. On the basis clinical histopathological findings, diagnosis biphasic amyloidosis was made. The present unusual case can be subsumed under mechanically-induced forms amyloidosis. In conclusion, underscores necessity to explore carefully patient’s order discover cause PCA.

Primary systemic amyloidosis usually develops due to immunoglobulin light chains depositions in different organs due to an underlying gammopathy. Case presentation: Our patient was an 86-year-old man with macroglossia, ecchymotic patches and bullous lesion...

A 79-year-old man presented with a large tumor on the left side of his head, which had grown over 5 years. Regional lymph nodes were impalpable and computed tomography revealed no signs of bone infiltration. Histology showed that the entire dermis was filled with amorphous eosinophilic material. Immunohistochemistry was negative for cytokeratin, but showed that the dermis and parts of the subcu...
